MOVE is experienced in carrying out feasibility studies for bridge and infrastructure projects across the globe. We are experienced in conducting wide ranging consultations with planning authorities, statutory bodies and local interest groups to enable delivery of bridges that will secure regulatory approval, are safe, cost effective and easy to construct. Whilst at Ramboll, Stephen tackled many complex masterplanning projects and undertook feasibility studies including:

  • Helsingborg Pedestrian Bridge - Complex analysis of curvilinear elevated route to provide cohesive link between multimodal transport hub, new public space and redeveloped docks at the centre of this vibrant city on the west coast of Sweden.
  • Rotherhithe-Canary Wharf Cycle bridge – Provision of a 180m span opening pedestrian and cycle bridge over the River Thames for Sustrans. Currently under design development.
  • Harlech – study to provide a bridge/transport link scaling cliff to Harlech Castle.
  • Lower Lea Valley – Masterplan/feasibility to develop the Lower Lea Valley post 2012 Olympics.
  • Hucknall Pedestrian bridge – Feasibility study to improve transport links mainline station to town centre.
  • Chelmsford bridge – Feasibility study to replace existing pedestrian bridge and improve transport routes along River Chelmer.
